Led team delivery of 19 global dashboards across Record-to-Report, Market-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay and Demand-to-Warehouse tracks within 14 months on a greenfield implementation. Design authority for SAP analytics architecture. Implemented structured delivery governance framework with parallel BW/4HANA and SAC development cycles, SAP QA validation and T-shirt effort planning.

Contributed to a regional S/4HANA transformation defining target analytics and Finance Consolidation architecture. Led tool evaluation for Finance Consolidation (SAP Group Reporting, OneStream, Tagetik). Delivered BW/4HANA analytics roadmap, architecture and implementation plan. Onboarded offshore delivery teams establishing a DevOps model. Provided actionable foundation for subsequent delivery.

Core architect and delivery lead for HEINEKEN's global SAP analytics platform across 12 countries and 3 Global Functions. Enforced SAP LSA++ standards across all implementation teams. Enabled shared data tiering and SAC infrastructure across countries (OpCos). Delivered Salesforce ingestion pattern adopted as standard. Consolidated enterprise reporting across Finance and Supply Chain across 31 countries (OpCos).

Delivery lead for greenfield SAP BW on HANA implementation for ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions (€5.6bn). Defined LSA++ architecture across Finance, Procurement, Logistics and Project Management. Deliberate architectural decision to build on new BW elements enabling clean BW/4HANA upgrade path. Delivered all milestones on time, within quality standards and budget.

Planned family sabbatical. Short independent consulting engagement with Carsol Europe (FMCG): evaluated and proposed a new reporting solution including cloud vs. on-premises comparison for SAP Business One on HANA.

Improved reporting response times by 80% through SAP in-memory technology. Implemented Profit Center Analytics and European Budget & Forecast solution.
