IBM’s technical groups coordinator for Spain, United Kingdom, Poland, and South America, responsible for resolving Endesa’s critical and serious incidences, and following the outsourcing of IBM in Endesa, reporting to the high staff IBM-ENDESA. Control and maintenance of SLA’s agreed for hardware and infrastructure services, contracted to IBM (Windows, Linux, VMWare, Oracle DB, Storage, TSM, Networking). Training to the new employees.

- Host Analyst in Online Banking Area: Analysis, design, planning (Control-M), and documentation for Cobol/CICS/DB2 applications to host environment. - Junior/Senior Programmer in Personal Accounts Area: Analysis and programming in Cobol/CICS/DB2.
