- Managing Procurement Cabin Retrofit and Upgrade activities

- Driving the performance of the department and of the senior management team - Channeling crisis and stakeholder management - Responsible for performance improvement and transformation projects - Moderating global events and performance reviews as well as facilitating Finance and HR management - Active voice of the organization and driver of change to accelerate the departments’ development

- First point of escalation as HO deputy - Responsible for steering the teams’ operational and performance activities (KPIs) - Supporting HO in leadership activities such as Finance, HR management and presentations to management - Implementing Airbus’ operating standards

- Designated Business Expert for Ordering/Forecast and Parasitic Flow - In charge of mentoring and newcomer training, creating guidelines and providing awareness sessions - Supply Management representative in Sub-MFTs (Multi Functional Teams) - Contributing to transnational and cross functional projects (e.g. purchase order automation)

- Determining material requirements, forecasting, ordering and monitoring of Cabin equipment - Supplier focal point in daily operations including strengthening and improving supplier relations - Developing various suppliers to an excellent delivery performance
