This role helped me develop people skills under extreme and difficult situations, furthering my ability to confidently communicate amongst patients and doctors. In this role I gained organisational and time management skills, working cross-functionally as well as client facing: · Championed the client communication for Deutsche Post, Bertelsmann AG and ALDI by creating a detailed plan and reporting the status to meet their requirements · Administered the database including capacity planning and logistic organisation of theatrical property for all photoshoots

· Managed all reception services client facing, including holiday booking and reservations, working closely with other functions across the reserve · Attended to guest's concerns and complaints, providing top quality service and support by organising and planning various guest activities

· Planned and followed up on administrative procedures such as Citizens Registration Office and responding to other needs as they arose · Providing childcare support for clients in session or participating in support groups

· Supported dementia patients by giving intermittent assistance with activities of daily living · Visited patients in palliative care by ensuring they were as comfortable as possible, providing support to the patients' families

Courses taught formed a cross-section of the disciplines of Health Psychology, Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy, Educational Psychology, Occupational and Organisational Psychology, thus offered a wide range of theoretical and practical teaching content.
