Oversee the preparation of internal reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports compliant with GAAP, including both operating reports and financial reports which are required by the Board. Integrate General Ledger, transaction reporting, and the balance sheet on a real- time basis, ensuring that all reconciliations and accruals are accurate and reviewed on a timely basis. Prepare the financial reports, as required by the Board.

Data and analysis provider for key functional areas of the Company. Direct and Indirect tax return filing support. Consistently improving efficiency internal controls, business and system processes.

Prepare underlying information for VAT returns payment and filing. Work with Communications Manager and staff to develop marketing plans to recruit new volunteers and clients in line with organizational objectives. Handling ad hoc cross-functional projects.

Coordinating Ausbildung project in collaboration with DIAMK/GIZ Drafting the national strategy for economic development of Kosovo 2017-2020 Assist in planning and logistics for all on-site and off-site organization events and meetings Negotiate and persuade business partners, vendors to cooperate.
