• preparing initial data for designing; • preparing contract documentation for construction according to the Project documentation; • obtaining initial permits and construction approvals; • monitoring the performance of contractual obligations of Project organizations and Contractors and calculating fines for delays. Results: Obtained 3 construction approvals and one permission to commence operation in short terms.

• obtained construction approvals; • revised Executive and technical documentation and issued comments to contractors; • checked the Project and Work documentation before issuance it for construction work. Obtained 2 construction approvals in short terms, established the procedure of revising, signing and keeping Executive documentation.

• managed timesheets of the employees; • prepared Executive and technical documentation; • checked the waybills of building materials and equipment. Results: Established discipline of the employees on the construction site and the constant checking of waybills.
