Doing Export documentation preparation of LC and Non LC with full sets of documents Handling of some of Rio’s Key- and worldwide biggest steel mill accounts in China and Japan. Issuing credit and debit notes for dispatch or demurrage charges for load- and discharge port. Liaising with Charter party agents for Bill of lading preparation and issuance.

Doing Import/ Export documentation preparation of LC and non LC documents. Handling the world wide documentation process particularly for Europe and some Asian countries. Monitors payment to ensure that buyers are paying based on contract. Managing the export file record. Resolving cargo claims.

Coordinate business transactions involving importing from or exporting goods. Handle all necessary documents for Letter of Credit application and bank negotiation. Liaise and Co-ordinate with sellers, buyers, forwarders and shipping brokers for shipment and contract related matters, B/Ls and switch B/L matters.

Process sales inquiries, quotation and execute sales orders entries. Prepare Customer invoices. Maintain inventory check and ordering of stocks.

Sales calls to existing or potential customers ( cold calling) product demonstrations.
