Coordinating of project team members involved from the Business side.

Managing the European team responsible for project deployment in the Mars Global ERP solution used by 90% of the Mars Corp. (by NSV). Building brand new service of SAP middle size projects delivery within global MARS organization. Key responsibilities: Leading the process of collection and prioritization of business requirements from MARS European Units. Assessment of requests in terms of potential solution, cost of development and time of delivery. Budget management, KPI reporting

Sales and Distribution processes support and continues improvement for Regional SAP ERP installation (~500 SAP Users, MARS Russia, MARS Ukraine). Production, Planning and Warehouse processes support continues improvement for European SAP ERP Installation (~250 Users, 2 Factories, Countries: MARS Baltic, MARS Hungary, MARS Austria, MARS Spain, MARS UK, Mars France)
