Responsible for the deployment, implementation and Management of the of Salesforce.com as the new CRM tool for all Latin America, focal point in the region for the needs to the global project managers and for all functional tests of functionalities and releases in line with aggressive timeline, quality and customer requirements. Design and generate reports abstracted from multiple data sources. Instrumental in data clean up and deployment and modeling for products.

Supporting CPQ Tools for Healthcare, configuring and modeling the products to meet the user needs, and ensuring that the products also meet the requirements of regulatory and pricing. Training the sales team (Direct and indirect) in the usage of the tool. Creating manuals and training material

Provided first-class local support and remote access to equipment demonstration process and maintenance of products portfolio. Also responsible for the importation process and control and technical support.
