• Acted as an external business consultant at the hands-on, strategic project, carried out as a practical part of the MBA program • Provided recommendations on market entry and business development, shaped go-to-market strategy for the client

• Managed the project with over one million EUR budget, aimed to improve the Investments Planning processes for the client company – LUKOIL (the second largest Russian oil company, 43th place in the Global Fortune 500 in 2015) • Oversaw developments in the corresponding IT systems (based on SAP products); acted as a SAP BI architect • Improved performance of the IT Support Team through coaching, training, revising client’s internal policies and introducing Jira as an issue tacking system
