- Coordonates engineering activities within the Customer Focus Team (CFT); - Develops and updates the documentation regarding the production methodology and the engineering models related to the specific products; - Participates to the continuous improvement of the processes, the engineering models and the equipment use; - Implements various changes that may occure in different production areas (coordination level);

Create BOM (Bill of material), process flow, flow chart, flow material - Planning and concepts of line, process parameters, Poke list Yoke - Monitoring of production costs - Reducing scrap site - Improved production methods and initiating design changes cost effectiveness; - Establish specifications for current and implementing changes existing technical products; - Conduct feasibility studies on cost reduction and setting required work standards;

Cooperation by all departments in managing and supporting the continual improvement in all Lean main areas: (Flow map drawing, VSM, 5S/Visual management, TPM, QCO-SMED, working standard, problem solving process, just in time, Kaizen / Continuous improvement );

SAP performance: transfer of final products, brokes blocking, stock and order of direct and indirect materials checking
