Developed a RL model & DQN model to improve the sequence of decisions & to recommend the next best actions. Identified improvement strategies for KPIs, using data exploration techniques to enhance customer experience and provide meaningful insights. Implemented ML model for image features’ extraction & multi-label image classification/recognition task using Hypothesis CNN Pooling approach & CNN pretrained models. Implemented ML models for text classification using Language Agnostic Models, such as LaBSE.
