As a coach I expertly served the Agile Transition initiative at RBS-Services by guiding and facilitating the agile journey of feature and component teams with a view to achieving higher agility maturity level

Provided agile vision and guidance to the iptiQ P&C Delivery Management team through the review and improvement of Scrum practices, and the design of agile process for Product Management and Infrastructure Services.

Established and set up a forestry project (Forest Time Machine) for agility at the HAFL, Zollikofen (BE) which significantly enhanced operational efficiency. Developed a cross functional team and delivered training and coaching to stakeholders on agile practices and methods (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps).

My responsibilities within Digital Trust Services organization include the implementation of Agile/Lean framework (SAFe) as well as coaching/mentoring agile practices: (i) Scrum for product development, and (ii) Kanban for IT Operations with a view to (iii) integrate DevOps principles to Development and IT Operations teams. Responsible for guiding the transition from traditional to agile project management.

Implemented Scrum as Adeya's agile methodology; acting scrum master for development of Adeya's voice/data security solution on various mobile platforms. PMO implementation using Prince2 framework; integration of Scrum and Prince2; coaching both methodologies, managing the company’s project programme.

Responsible for PKI implementation projects within the Business Critical Services unit across EMEA. Projects included VeriSign identity and authentication systems (SSL, MPKI and VIP), Fraud Detection System, and Processing Centre solutions. Symantec relocated the Fribourg operation to Dublin in September 2011

Project Manager within the Client Service Management organization. Responsible for implementation of PKI solutions across EMEA (Tools: MS Project), responsibilities included SoW management, project planning, coordination of PSO teams and post engagement follow-up. Client Services Manager for strategic accounts, affiliates and platinum clients in EMEA region, responsibilities included service SLA, order management and escalations (Tools: Oracle 11i). VeriSign was acquired by Symantec in July 2010.

Responsible for Pegasystems PRPC implementation and project management in Europe using Agile methodology. Contributed to a bid for a PRPC solution for a defence vetting agency. Managed a PRPC Claims Workstation Framework implementation for an insurance company in Philadelphia, USA. The project required the redesign of the company’s claim processing application. Software: PRPC 5.3, CWS 6.3.

SAP project coordinator. Responsible for business development.

Acting auditor and project manager. Responsible for conducting project health checks and PM methodology consulting. Completed a project management audit for a Financial Services institution in Geneva, delivering a project management blueprint based on Prince2 methodology.

Conducted project set up for a Service Desk implementation as well as providing ITIL quality assurance for the solution.
