- Performed simulation analyses for the design and validation of products (static and dynamic structural analysis, CFD simulation of catheter and valves, fatigue analysis). - Created numerical tools for the pre-processing of models for patient-specific anatomies. - Advised clients on R&D tasks including required experimental testing, material selection, prevention of structural failure, manufacturing improvement.

- Assessed the feasibility of a novel manufacturing approach for hydrogen fuel cell components. - Conducted and validated DoE simulations aiming to optimize the manufacturing process, thus identifying optimal values for the feed velocity, compressive, and tensile forces. - Developed a numerical tool for 2D characterization of the geometrical accuracy of the results. The program in combination with Python scripting substantially sped up the postprocessing procedures.

- Collaborated with a multidisciplinary team to create a computational tool for the design of rotating deployable antennas for CubeSat applications. - Led the incorporation of all functionalities in the final code and its integration it with Ansys Mechanical APDL.
