Key achievements and responsibilities: I coordinated five restaurants and one bar with space for 1,200 seats, a congress centre with space for 1,000 seats, outside catering up to 8000 people and exhibition catering serving up to 7,000 people per day. I managed 22 permanent staff and up 180 casual staff. I Major international Events that I managed include the Inter Parliamentary Union, Swiss Travel Market, European Special Olympics Bern and many more.

I managed five departments including kitchen, in-house F&B, banqueting and catering, convention sales and stewarding. Responsible for leading 70 permanent staff and up to 200 casual staff and managing events, catering, banqueting and exhibition catering for up to 8,000 people a day, where revenue would exceed one million Euros per week. Major international Events: Basel World Watch and Jewelry Fair, Swiss Indoors ATP, Basel Tattoo, Red Cross Charity Ball, Euro Football Cup 2008 and many more.
