GlycoUniverse is a fairly young start-up. I was hired as the CSO based on my profound experience with solid-phase synthesis. I not only supervise all aspects of our business but also manually take part in all of our activities: acquisition of new customers, promotion of our products, development of our centerpiece, the Glyconeer, synthesis of building blocks and oligosaccharides, purchasing, lab management, logistics ... It is a 24/7 job, but I never learned more in my entire career.
