While working here, I managed the retail operations of 78 sites, with a revenue of €498M. I expertly supervised a team of 120 employees with nine direct reports. And I reconsolidated the retail chain of all Shell POS and gas stations. I also developed and trained sales force on marketing campaigns and sales. Finally, I oversaw assets and procurement activities.

Here, I oversaw and managed eight retail units and an indirect sales network of 250 retail points of sales, with a revenue of €345M. I also supervised a team of 92 employees with eight direct reports. I was able to establish a new franchise concept for the retail franchise partners. I also acquired key target clients and supervised customer relationship management (CRM) strategies. And I developed commercial processes, including account management and marketing.
