Grosvenor Clive & Stokes is an international executive search and advisory services firm with a 50-year heritage. As a Senior Associate, my role is to provide proactive research support to the Partner across the full project lifecycle, from the initial client brief through to candidate identification, direct approaches & interviews (shortlist) and offer negotiation.

I manage assignments in a variety of sectors, in the UK and abroad, mostly recruiting for Executive positions (salaries £60k - £200k) but also more junior roles (£30k - £60k). My responsibilities: - Talent sourcing for Executive roles in the UK, Europe and internationally for corporate clients and search firms (name identification, sourcing and final reporting) - Key Account Management - Budgeting, planning and quoting - Market Intelligence - Translation services (French/English)

I was responsible for Research & Development projects to improve machining processes and the mechanical properties of Titanium mechanical parts for Landing Gears. I was accountable for conducting and delivering technology projects to the planned maturity in compliance with budget and schedule defined by management. I led technical activities of a transversal team and managed the work of 8 people in a multinational environment (UK, Canada, France).
