Cost estimation in the Automotive Die Manufacturing Industry

Master thesis in the Tool Production (“Betriebsmittelbau”) department. Developing an early indication system of critical situations in the job-shop production by forecasting certain KPIs through analyzing the past and planned order data. Concept will be tested and validated through computer simulation using real order data.

TMS development, testing and rollout for the Aftersales network of a major automotive manufacturer.

Bachelor thesis in the Tool Production ("Betriebsmittelbau") department. Project consists of analyzing the machines performance and creating an improved planning outcome based on logistic operating curves and throughput diagrams applied to the system.

Internship in the Tool Production ("Betriebsmittelbau") department. Worked on a project aiming at improving the material flow on the shop floor. Tasks involved literature research, system analysis, simulation, design and development of a new material flow concept.
