As a Mechanical Design Engineer my main tasks are: • Creation of complete CAD Design of plastic or Aluminum parts from concept to final part (CATIA V5) • Plastic part design and plastic Injection molding know-how • Knowledge of geometrical and dimensional tolerances and tolerance calculations • Creation and full release of drawings for designed parts in accordance with company quality standards and international standards

The product portfolio: Central Display and Instrument Cluster for customers like Daimler, AUDI, Renault, PSA. Complex 3D design and 2D drawings for casted parts (plastic and aluminium) in Catia V5, according to ISO standards for different customers; Requirements analysis. XML Trace System. Extension apply for Microsoft Office. I used this tool for traceability of the requirements from the customer;

Design and conception of mechanical components and injection moulds. The design process is done using CAD system Pro Engineer and Catia V5.
