Responsible for the whole IT part of the business, personally mostly busy with programming, supervising employed programmers (1-3), supporting clients in more difficult problems.

I was occasionally (but quite often) called to help by fixing bugs in the company's CMS application, to implement changes, or create specific applications for promotional campaigns.

Developing CMS applications (various), fixing bugs in existing ones. After this company had been dissolved, part of the crew formed a new one: iDelfi (there was a new business opportunity - please, do not think that I destroyed the company mere year after I appeared there)

Responsible for helping users with all computer-related problems (alone), managing the network, hardware and the usual IT crowd stuff (in 2-men team). As the programmer, I was responsible for creating the Offices' website (I see that it still works!), and for creating an ISO 9001 related application (codename: "Responsibility Matrix"). The application was one of the main parts of receiving the ISO certificate - it succeeded.

Member of the IT team (from 2 men at the beginning to 7 men later). Responsible for the usual "everything related to computers is your job", but within the team I specialized with re-programming of the main accounting application (fixing bugs faster then the producer's support could - but we were cooperating with them in friendly fashion)

Responsibilities? Classified. But it was an interesting experience.

The Bank was just forming, so there was a lot of new things to do. After things stabilized a little, my usual job was to track inconsistencies in interbank transactions. A notable task I had been given was to create a new set of regulations for transactions between our branches. I was just a young employee, but apparently I did the job well, because my regulations had been approved.
