• Working with Salesforce CRM customizing the it, according to the customers requirments. • Continually updating hard skills and soft skills by handling different kind of projects, learning new technologies and external courses, submitting technical articles in my organization. • Gathering the requirements from client/On-site Engagement managers, create the architecture and make my team members to understand the application flow, assign the task for the team members.

• Developing existing programs by analyzing and identifying areas for modification. • Continually updating technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and/or external courses, reading manuals and accessing new applications. • Analyzing user requirements, testing new programs and fault finding. • Working closely with other staff, such as project managers, graphic artists, designers, developers, systems analysts, and sales and marketing professionals.
