Continuation of the Process Export Role with focus of coaching junior team members.

Member of Regional Team of Contracting & Procurement Experts. Responsibilities include the management of a super user network thru regular engagement sessions, implementing change request as a business project manager, solving process related issues and working with IT Support to help with technical problems. Training of end users incl. development of training materials and planning. Special projects: introduction of SEPA Credit Transfer in 2014/2016, go-live of SAP Ariba Supplier Enablement in 2017

Support of SAP Implementations in different countries across Europe & Asia mainly in the RtP (Requisition to Pay) space e.g. Accounts Payable or Manage Procurement. Main responsibilities were related to gathering business and legal & fiscal requirements, gap analysis, implementing step-outs/workarounds, end-/super user training , go-live support incl. hyper care for SAP R/3 MM & FI .

Various activities in AP e.g. invoice verification, checking reminders & dunning letters. Later in 2001, I was temporarily working for the Finance Reporting Team to extend my knowledge in the area of balance sheet and profit and loss accounting incl. year-end closing. Afterwards I worked in the accounting helpdesk responsible for supporting internal & external stakeholders in terms of accounting related queries. In addition, I took over the SAP User Admin role for Corp Finance Dept.
