Mark Chay was tasked with interfacing and creating communications for clients, media partners and internal clients. He drafted speeches, townhalls and interview responses and other senior managers. He also facilitated client events with the purpose of client prospecting.

Mark Chay led the start-up business within the group by managing relationships with prospective corporate clients, implementation partners and technology vendors to achieve sales of 100% capacity in Q1 of its operation.
