Mark Flagel

I am a litigation partner in the Los Angeles office of the international law firm of Latham & Watkins. I am the chair of the Litigation Department in the Los Angeles office. I am also the Co-Chair of the Information Technology: Hardware, Software & Services Industry Group, and I am the former Co-Chair of the firm's Intellectual Property Practice Group. I handle complex patent infringement litigation for many clients; and I help manage the litigation department within my firm.
