Set up a 12 mil USD multi-brand truck dealership for Volvo Group in only 6 month and within budget. Grew the Volvo, Renault & Nissan truck business from 0 to 60 mil SGD in only 2 years. Increased the market share of Volvo trucks from 3% to 40% in 2 years (European segment) Increased the total market share of Volvo Group (Nissan & Volvo trucks) to 35% of the Singapore truck market.
