In 2004 I opened my own Bar/Restaurant, as this was for years what I dreamed of doing.I planned,designed and managed it with my own ideas and vision. I was there on a daily basis for the first year to completely oversee all aspects of the running of the business. I now work 5 days a week,still constantly inventing new cocktails,events and advertising to attract old and new custom. This work involved and crossed over into huge amounts of other industries and skills.
