I work with small-to-medium businesses, transforming chaos into order and failure into profit. Highlights include leading social sciences for Hoffmann La Roche in Switzerland, supporting start-up clients with C-Suite coaching and organizational design, launching new products for a chemical factory, resolving cultural issues in biotech, aiding an aeronautical client with organizational challenges, enhancing executive team problem-solving, and coaching a neurodivergent energy sector team to high performance.

I established a role at Airbus to foster innovation and strategic culture. I helped transform 600-person business units into autonomous mini factories and guided managers through organizational changes. I set up and delivered training on Nonviolent Communication and Management Leadership, and launched a book study group to explore innovative management approaches.

I led a major change program, transitioning from traditional management to fully autonomous teams. I established a leadership program for over 400 managers, fostering a coaching style that positively impacted both leaders and employees. I created a change-friendly environment, implemented sociocracy governance, and facilitated over 1,000 innovative ideas on the production line. Additionally, I developed an internal Fab Lab to accelerate idea-to-prototype processes using advanced manufacturing technologies.

I managed over 50 M€ CAPEX investments yearly and helped save the company between 5-10 M€ per year. I led a plant-wide transformation in mindset to integrate lean manufacturing into daily operations for a workforce of more than 2,700 employees, providing regular updates on progress to C-level management. I developed a comprehensive strategy for implementing lean manufacturing and associated cultural changes and collaborated directly with site managers to ensure successful execution of the strategy.
