Responsibilities: •Formation, management and supervision of the Threat and Fraud Assessment Department(s). •Engagement market focus is "industry / government-wide" (e.g. banking, insurance, governmental agencies, contactors, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, financial, service-oriented, etc.) conducted both domestically and internationally.

•Responsible for assisting the Chief Executive Officer with researching, developing, communicating, executing, and maintaining strategic initiatives within the company, including, but not limited to strategic planning, company strategy, methodology, long and short term objectives. •Responsible for researching, developing and delivering of the clear, precise understanding of the company-wide strategic plan, methodology and mission by each company facet.

•Direct and coordinate the Information Research Division including the management of all related staffing / personnel. •Direct and coordinate two divisions consisting of accounting / finance investigators, and forensic analysts. •Responsible for management of assigned casework and contracts (engagements) addressing suspected fraudulent activities in business operations. •Investigate domestic and global financial fraud and uncover the methods and procedures used in illegal revenue acquisition.
