Maintain and oversee operation of incoming of new and recent merchandise. Replenish the floor with merchandise if needed. Back stock and organize all items. Check stock for merchandise items requested by Sales Clerk. Create merchandise Plans and design seasonal line.

Oversee operation of front desk, greeting customers. Manage any customer’s Complaints and resolutions, implement multi-store purchasing projects.

Perform general office duties for the production staff. Greet outside guest and clients. Monitor all incoming and outgoing phone calls utilizing all office equipment to Distribute incoming and outgoing communications. Order and distribute office supplies and mail when needed.

Assist customers in finding appropriate items for their needs. Maintain floor and and window displays. Monitor and appropriately tag and distribute incoming merchandise and contribute to the overall cleanliness of the store.
