As Principal and Senior Consultant, responsible for overall management of firm and provision of consulting services. Company provides part-time and interim CFO/Controller, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, internal audit, tax preparation, bookkeeping, financial analysis, property management and other services to meet our clients unique needs.

As internal auditor and advisor to the principal shareholder and CEO, William M. Grace, identified opportunities and made recommendations for improving internal controls, enhancing revenue, reducing costs and optimizing return on investment for non-gaming related business holdings. As Director of Support Services, supported the continuing successful operation and performance of gaming properties with which Grace Entertainment maintained management contracts.

Originally recruited to organize and structure finances for one-year old start-up business. After series of advancements, final promotion to Executive Vice President with responsibility for strategic planning, business development and general (operations, financial, human resource, facilities and marketing) management of organization. Led 8-person management team and 80 support associates.
