- Successfully led a main Synergy Project related to Hellermann acquisition (Oct '15 onwards) - Global and cross divisional procurement responsibility for >$550M spend - Product groups inclusive of functional injection molding, overmolding of stamped leadframes & contacts, extrusion, decorative molding, painting, laser etching, silkscreen printing, IML, IMD, chrome galvanic, PVD, paint and optical imaging lenses for vision control. - Manage a team of regional category leaders with >30 buyers globally

- Global and cross divisional procurement & sourcing authority for $1,6BN spend (Delphi largest cat.) - Product groups inclusive of Connection Systems, Relays, Fuses and Harnesses - Groups comprised of supplier such as Tyco (±$300M), FCI (±$100M), Yazaki, Molex, Sumitomo, Lear, etc. - Manage and coach team comprised of 8 Managers and 58 Buyers primarily located in China, Mexico, Brasil and across Europe - Report to Vice President Strategic Sourcing & VP Global Supply Management Packard

- Direct material accountability & sourcing authority for Delphi largest regional BU DEEDS with Material spend of $1,3BN incl. freight for plants in 9 countries. - Manage material for new business quotation, launch readiness, and operational execution incl. Product Line Purchasing, Material Cost Improvement, Advance Quality, Plant Purchasing, Logistics, Contract Manufacturing, Process/OS and Business Planning. - Operational budget responsibility for >250 FTE and >$10M. >150 FTE and 10 managers direct

- Responsibility for export opportunities from Brasil to Europe across Delphi divisions

- Responsible for ±$300M material spend - Effectively Managed functional and disciplinary a team of 10 buyers - Product groups inclusive of Resin, Harness Covering (Tape, Conduit), Rubber (Grommets, Seals), Plastic (Cable channels, ties, clips), Inflators and Decorative Plastic products

- Established, implemented and coached best practice for early concept sourcing, development contracts and BOM management of wire harness business - Supervised and coached the AP team in activities related to Purchasing Program Management. - Purchasing Program Management for VW group, including projects such as VW Porsche Colorado project.

- Purchasing Program Management for VW PQ24 platform (1.8M cars in EU and Brasil) incl. won Skoda Felicia wiring and global component responsibility
