Manage street and community outreach programs aimed at homeless and disenfranchised individuals. One team of social workers with offices at a homeless shelter meet the needs of mentally ill homeless clients and connect them to services on a pathway to housing. Another program re-connects men and women coming out of jail with systems of support. A third project provides short-term work to homeless and people in poverty.

Provided administrative and clinical supervision to 40+ behavioral health professionals at large community mental health center.

Provided individual and family psychotherapy to children and adults for a wide variety of emotional, psychological, and developmental issues, including anxiety, depression, school and work problems, relationship problems, and mental and spiritual health crises.

Worked with juveniles with severe behavioral and substance use disorders and their families to foster healthy new pathways towards success in school and family life. Devised and implemented interventions aimed at decreasing violent and risky behavior, addictive substance use, and contact with the juvenile justice system by taking advantage of strengths hidden within the family, peer, and social systems of these young clients.
