Lead regional logistics and supply chain activities. Support of Low Cost Country (LCC) export efforts to European and American manufacturing centers. Participate with regional purchasing teams in the Global sourcing activities, quote packages, data gathering, evaluation and analysis of bid packages and project management. Be responsible for the management of regional 3PL, ocean, air and consolidation. Ensure proper service contracts, scheduling and shipping practices.

Domestic Logistics Management (Based in Shanghai): Overseas Logistics Management (Working overseas for two years): Be responsible for the overseas projects on site in the Africa countries including Angola, Nigeria. Follow up the Custom Clearance. Manage the local warehousing and distribution. Monitor the project logistics cost within the budget. Manage the local purchasing and evaluate the supplier performance. Employ and train the local staff.

Use MRP system and coordinate the production plan. Be responsible for the inventory control and data analysis. Work with Business units on the tracking of purchase orders for on-time delivery. Design MS-Access warehouse management database and maintain the monthly tracking report.
