PAREXEL is a multinational clinical research organization that provides clinical trials for testing of new drugs. In order to successfully conduct the clinical trials, ensure patient safety and meet its many operational needs, the company employs a large number of software solutions developed in-house. My role is a Technical Lead of a small team, and since we lost a Scrum Master, I have taken over that role as well. Tech: C#, ASP.NET, Oracle, EF, Dapper, Angular, Subversion, Git, Gherkin, Selenium.

I currently work in one of the 50 fastest growing IT companies in Central Europe (according to Deloitte) on an enterprise level software for travel agencies and online booking. Our small team serves hundreds of travel agencies and tour operators on all 6 continents, who in turn serve millions of travelers worldwide. Tech stack: C#, ASP.NET (WebForms), MS SQL Server, Entity Framework, jQuery, Team Foundation Server, WordPress.

I provided support to public education sector institutions in using related web applications. Since I was promoted to a senior level of support 6 months after I started working, I also trained junior agents and organized their tasks. It may not have been a software development job, but it gave me an insight into every other activity related to software development and product lifecycle, taught me responsibility, how to play in the proverbial sandbox and gave me an extensive background in client relations.
