Multi-tenant tender-analysis SaaS. Took the product from a v1 MVP monolith to a v2 Laravel 12 API with a separate Vue 3 / TypeScript front end; owned the backend end to end (data model, multi-tenancy, domain services, API layer); built LLM document-processing pipelines (OpenAI API and self-hosted models) and the Redis/Horizon queue-and-worker tier; set the backend's code, testing and review standards.

Payments. The only developer in a team of operations engineers: wrote and ran the Java, Spring Boot and Python services the team owned, alongside PHP/Laravel services in a large multi-service codebase. Built and operated event-driven, high-volume data pipelines on AWS (SQS/SNS, Lambda, Glue ETL); built an observability platform that learned normal traffic per endpoint (Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog); integrated third-party partner APIs.

Delivery-logistics SaaS. Refactored core components of DeliverBizPro from plain PHP to the Slim framework, improving stability for the accounts that ran on it; built real-time chat applications on Node.js/Next.js with WebSockets and React; owned one of the largest customer accounts end to end, including on-call engineering support.

Led the platform's API in Java and Spring Boot and wrote the services behind it, with Kafka and RabbitMQ messaging; built the replacement marketing platform from scratch on Laravel and React with Stripe and Nordic payment-processor integrations; from 03/2019 ran the development process for a 12-person team (standards, code review, mentoring) while still shipping code.

Owned three modules of a microservice-based data processing platform (Java, Spring Boot, Python, Pandas), alongside custom PHP/Laravel client work; rebuilt the processing of a market-research dataset that had taken a long time to finish in under two seconds on Pandas.

Built order-process applications and maintained customer-facing websites (PHP, AngularJS, Smarty).

Built data validation applications for international clients in Yii/Yii2 and Laravel; first fully remote role, working with a distributed team across time zones.

Remote role. Built a travel booking application used by thousands of users across eight countries (PHP, CakePHP, MySQL).

Maintained websites, ticket systems and custom CMS platforms; built small internal apps (PHP, Yii, MySQL, Linux).
