- operation of the two-photon in vivo imaging platform - implementation of in vivo imaging methods dorsal skinfold chamber, cranial window, pancreas/peritoneum/lymphnode imaging - engineering, construction, improvement of methods and tools for mouse tissue/organ imaging - supervision of external and internal users - cell culture and sample preparation; anaesthesia and preparation of mice for in vivo imaging - technical support of the local IT network
