In this role as Manager MD Strategic Programs I will be accountable for leading global programs across MD Quality BEL to drive growth, delivery, quality and cost improvements in support of the Quality organization. I will be responsible for leading the implementation of the strategic opportunity in alignment with the Q&C leadership and approved business case in achieving target outcomes which includes chartering, metrics identification, resource requirements, detailed schedule and milestones.

• Lead and direct a team of Quality-/ Manufacturing Engineers and Consultants across EU sites executing product Discontinuation and Obsolescence activities • Manage detailed regional / site quality plans for all quality operations activities • Interface with cross functional project team outside such as commercial, R&D, supply chain, Regulatory affairs • Documentation and tracking of Quality related activities to Product discontinuation

• Manage different Projects in Quality Management / Quality Assurance across the different Sites • Manage Techfile remediation Risk Management across the different Sites in EU and US • Coordinate arround 15 external partners with the internal Projectteams on sites

- Lead and direct a team of Quality Engineers across EU sites executing product discontinuation activities - Ensure site capacity expansions and site decommissioning due to discontinuation are fully supported - Interface with cross functional project team outside such as commercial, R&D, supply chain, Regulatory affairs to ensure all identification of interdependencies and proper risk mitigation
