As Procurement, Technology and Real Estate Center of the Federal Department of Defence, Civil Protection and Sport DDPS, armasuisse is responsible for the development, evaluation, procurement and disposal of systems, equipment and infrastructure of the armed forces and other customers

This directorate is responsible for ensuring the development of the Defence sector and the Armed Forces with regard to future requirements. Responsible for conceptual planning, elaboration of annual management planning and preparation of content for strategic and federal meetings. Led the project core-team ‘organisation development’. Led the personal staff of the Chief AFPS.
