The change from a technolgoie driven IT to a service oriented organisation can be hard and needs the right mindset of all involved people. As IT Strategist at Schrack Seconet, these are exactly the challenges I face everyday. Testing is a one of the most important things, when it comes to developing and implementing new Software. In my role as Test Environment Manager, I was responsible for: • Collection of all stakeholder requirements • Definition of the test environment landscape • Developing a future proof stratgie • Flawless communication between both worlds, the new plattform and the existing systems
