Contract specialist for the federal government. My duties include: contract writing, contract administration, incremental funding for IDIQ and BOA orders. Work with SPS / PD2, Navair Obligation Database, CWP approvals, Cost and Delivery type contracts, commercial orders, LOA verification.

In this position, I searched for executive level candidates to fill customer’s job searches. I performed the initial search through multiple databases and job search engines. In addition, I created org charts through MS Visio that depict certain company hierarchies for interested clients.

In this position, I worked as a bookkeeper for a small independent job search firm. My duties included keeping track of the business' finances through QuickBooks, as well as the processing and payment of accounts receivable and accounts payable.

This was a temporary position. Main duties included posting payments to customer accounts, posting advertisement payments to advertising accounts, and end of day processing from an external payment processing center contracted by the Press Democrat .

I prepared and processed tax returns through the Prosystem software system. My duties included using multiple MS Office programs as well as Prosystem to prepare tax returns for Individuals, Partnerships, Estates and Trusts.

Cashier, customer service. Rang up purchases, sold warranties and product performance plans, activated new rewards club accounts.
