Reviewed instrumentation & ICSS deliverables, resolved design issues, prepared scope & bid packages, material requisitions & purchase orders. Led on‑site engineering and commissioning of LNG Trains 1 & 2 and utilities, resolving instrumentation and control issues. Reviewed and optimized ICSS, F&G, PAGA, FF and other systems, checking control philosophy, loop diagrams and C&E matrices. Participated in HAZOP, SIL and RAM reviews, developed modification requirements and managed data in SmartPlant, improving supplier quality and reducing rework.

Led instrumentation and control engineering during pre‑FEED and FEED phases of offshore field development. Developed technical requirements for instrumentation and control systems for drilling rigs and living quarters. Optimized designs for drilling and power-generation systems, ensuring compliance with RMRS/ABS/DNV GL regulations and Russian standards. Prepared technical specifications and procurement documents, reviewed project deliverables and coordinated design teams.

Designed instrumentation and control systems for search and rescue vessels and semi‑submersible platforms. Prepared functional design specifications, instrument data sheets, cable schedules, loop diagrams and I/O lists. Assisted with development of ship‑wide control algorithms and integration with DP systems.
