My job was to completely reorganize the administration within this company and to build new working standards. I was also entirely responsible for the marketing. This means that there are both entirely new marketing collateral design (brochures, website etc.) as well that I have done research into the current market positions.

Creating, coordinating and implementing marketing and free publicity campaigns, developing and maintaining contact with media and authors, organizing consumer and industry events for the Van Holkema & Warendorf General Fiction imprint.
