Initiated & implemented the Business Development Cluster.

Responsible for the Convention & Events team, Yield, Leisure groups and partial reservations all for 1 property.Shared responsibility for the cluster team. Key Experiences: Team building, training, dealing and understanding Contractual Terms & Conditions, negotiations, problem solving and technical knowledge like ( OnQ, Ideas, Bench, Rubicon, Freesale Extranets, Fidelio, GEM, Forecasting, Plan, Revenue Proposal, Weekly, Rate Code Set up)

Responsible for managing large events over 150 participants. Key Experiences: Planning & Organizing, personal skills (move from HOD ops into BD team), direct selling, internal & external communication.

Responsible for 6 Food & Beverage outlets (24hr Lounge/ Bar, fine dining Restaurant (70 pax), 1 Buffet Restaurant (250 pax), 1 American Grill (125 pax), Room Service & Staff Canteen). Key Experience: Managing a 135 pax full time team plus additional part time staff. Increase productivity and decrease sources. Refurbishment of American Bar and Grill.
