With experience in all phases of the software development life cycle, I bridge the gap between engineering depth and business outcomes by communicating effectively and making sound decisions in diverse and demanding environments. Progressed from Software Engineer to Technical Product Manager over 4 years.

Took full ownership of the AIR roadmap as the platform evolved from internal tool to enterprise product: running discovery across internal consultants and enterprise clients, delivering 6 releases and 100+ features, and supporting client onboarding through to post-deployment adoption. Maintained close alignment with engineering and leadership throughout, feeding real usage patterns back into prioritisation. This role later expanded into broader delivery leadership responsibility.

Designed a relational data model from scratch to support a production planning and scheduling problem involving multiple production lines, hundreds of SKUs, and complex operational constraints. Designed a REST API and developed a Python data ingestion pipeline for this same problem and integrated it into an in-house Data & AI platform, leading to a transition into a Product Owner role where I collaborated closely with engineering to shape the platform’s roadmap and adoption.

As a software engineer I designed, developed and implemented ticketing solutions for some of the most relevant players at the cultural scene in Portugal. My time has been dedicated to develop a CRM (customer relationship management) module and its integration with other CRM solutions. Besides these typical roles in the life of a programmer, my previous work experience has allowed me to accumulate other functions involving close contact with our customers: - Project management and implementation - Training

While setting up a brand new Operations team, my job demanded a strong set of soft skills including ease of communication under different and complex environments and achieving results under pressure while working with diverse teams. As part of this Operations team I have dealt with a wide range of topics such as pre-sales and quotation turnaround time improvement, resource planning optimization and project risk management.
