Responsible in the new methodology design for the area of innovation to help generate net sales (+4% YTD) for the new 2017 launches. Creation of the new innovative initiatives for company products through the development of the new process (Main Brands) Constant tracking and update of main competitors, benchmarks, price points, etc (all brands). Define the innovation matrix for 2018 considering and developing P&L’s, COGS, etc.

Worked directly with the Body & Toiletries Manager. Responsible for analysis on the data bases, sales behavior, performance of evaluation, and launches of each brand (Avon Care, Encanto, Naturals, Footworks, Simply Delicate, Skin So Soft, On Dut) Information processing of the main KPI's of the category. Constant updating of brochure sales information. Creation of briefs for visuals.

Responsible for potential markets, extensions of brands and creation of concepts for new products. Position and develop innovative products for the different lines of business in the company. Give constant follow up on the art visuals, make contributions for POP material and tropicalize concepts.

Advance digital communication planning on Social Media channels.

Member of the representative team swimming and triathlon Leadership Program "Action". Full Sport-Scholarship (100%).
