Support all Coca Cola Hellenic SAP infrastructure; Provide day-to-day support for SAP systems, system monitoring, transport management, printer administration and SAP troubleshooting ; Installing and upgrading (support packs and enhancement packs) both ABAP and Java stacks; Proactively monitor systems and perform root cause analysis of production, QA and development systems; Provide SAP system Dev and QA refreshes, migration and client copy;

Support of all SAP systems in Telecom Austria Grooup; system error analysis and establishment of standard Basis background jobs and system health checks and monitoring; SAP profile parameter changes; Impact analysis of new SAP releases to current system landscape environments; SAP Basis administration and technical core competencies tasks including SAP software installation, upgrade, applying Support Packages, and i nstallation of add-on software components;

Administrate access to local resource (routers,ftp,mail server and e.t.) of the company; Responds to administering servers of the company (SAP/Oracle,routers,mail server) ; Response of security of the company (WAN and LAN) and workstations; Administration of SAP servers;
