- Establish time schedule for industrial and residential developments.-Preparing tender documents and allocation of all work required -Monitoring building progress, in particular quality of work, compliance with regulations, cost and speed of completion at different stages -Liaising with local authorities, architects and clients -Organising site meetings with sub contractors -Responsibility for the final inspection and hand over to the client's satisfaction

Exercising control over project calculation (Industrial developments and office buildings) -Clarification and implementation of technical requirements -Checking and supervising of construction drawings-Evaluation of tenders and allocation of subcontracted work- Coordination and control of internal and external work in progress -Controlling project related costs -Keeping control over timing and quality -Responsibility for on time conclusion and hand over of project to client's satisfaction

-Cooperation with Project Management to ensure that work is planned and carried out in accordance with Project Safety, Health and Environmental requirements (Residential development) -Site management for concrete frame construction and finishing trades including heat, ventilation and air conditioning -Coordination and consultation with buyers regarding special requests and supervision of related work.
