Key responsibilities: - Business Unit Sales Controlling for 12 production sites across Europe and MEA - Managing the Budget process - Reporting topline, volumes and profitability - Driving efficiency and data improvements

Key responsibilities: - Sales Controlling of the entire Austrian unit with roughly 250m€ revenues consisting of 4 segments - petcare, chocolate, gum and food - Responsible for budgeting, period close and forecasting - Driving Digital Adoption, scalable solutions, and efficiency within finance as well as through projects with internal and external stakeholders

- Serve as the Finance Co-pilot to the management team providing financial advice to ensure sound financial and operational decisions. Support strategy definition and implementation, developing and evaluating longer term strategies, forecasts and investment plans. - Manage the processes of the financial shaping and analysis, management accounting reporting as well as product costing, TP calculation, governance and control of capital investments. - Effectively lead the Finance team (5 direct reports).

Key responsibilities: - Financial due diligence for national and international M&A activities - Execution of M&A transactions (buy and sell side), including country, market and competitor analysis, drawing up transaction documents, preparing contract negotiations, project management and data room management - Developing business strategies and supporting management in strategic decision-making.

Currently working in Transaction Advisory Services in Vienna, offering commercial advisory services, lead advisory, restructuring, operational transaction services, transaction support and valuation & business modelling.
