Martin Grønberg Myrold

As Campus Manager for L'Oréal Deutschland GmbH's Headquarter in Düsseldorf, my main responsibility was the development of our workspaces. Through the project FutureWorkspace@J1 we engaged directly with our employees to develop a flexible and user-centric workplace offering a variety of functions and areas reflecting the everyday need of our users. Further, I initiated a variety of digitalization projects, like e.g. how to use sensors to effectively measure the utilization of our workspace.

From January to October 2018, I worked with the campus development team at trivago N.V. in Düsseldorf, Germany, and managed the relocation of 1200 employees from 3 different locations into the new campus in Medienhafen. Further, I was in charge of coordinating and managing the tenant construction period where 10+ contractors worked from February to June to prepare the 32 000 sqm office space in line with trivago N.V. design visions.

As the Manager of Relokator in Oslo, I was in charge of our project management department consisting of 8 project managers handling workplace development and relocation projects in the greater Oslo area. Further, I was highly involved in our project sales work, everyday operations and strategic development of our business.

In Relokator AS, we represent our customers in their corporate relocation processes and consult them on commercial real estate related issues, particularly within workplace management, procurement and facility management. I am responsible for the overall logistical planning of the relocation process, and I consult our clients through their planning stages, as the typical professional relocation demands evaluation of and decision-making in about 800 unique issues and problems.
